By far the most accessible and versatile of the demos, the COMMERCIAL demo is all about you at your core. No frills. No gimmicks. When searching for voice talent, this will be one of the first things an agent or casting director will ask for.

Our goal with this demo is to put your unique personality on display in a variety of contexts. This isn’t so much about “Hey! Look what I can do,” as it is about focusing in on who you are and what brands your voice can sell. We’ve only got :60 seconds so there’s no time to waste.

THE VIDEO GAME + ANIMATION DEMOS

Different from COMMERCIAL + NARRATION demos, both of these “character” demos are where you can really let loose! This is the place to showcase the extremes of your voice through the lens of a wide variety of characters. At first glance these demos may seem similar, but each demo requires its own internal structure and presentation.

THE NARRATION DEMO

Where a COMMERCIAL demo is fast-paced and focuses on which brands you can sell, the NARRATION demo is all about how you handle long form copy. This demo showcases your ability to present a lot of information and keep your audience engaged.

TV narration takes this one step further – not only are you presenting information, but your tone and delivery must match the visual aesthetic of a particular show.

Examples of jobs featured on a NARRATION demo include: corporate explainers, technical manuals, in-house procedures and practices, medical explainers, TV/doc narration, etc.
